The first of these series will be promotion planning. If you are a business owner,  you know just how important promotion can be to your bottom line.

A promotion plan is a document that describes the overall communication strategy developed for your company, line, product or brand. The plan is typically created for a period of six months to a year. After that initial period is over, continue to implement the ideas that have worked well and eliminate those that haven't.
