I was doing my daily reading over on Business of Fashion and came across an article that says most online shoppers return items purchased online. So I read the article and I must admit that I am a person that orders multiple sizes and returns all or most of what doesn't work or fit. I don't see what the big deal is but apparently, some retailers are receiving (what they feel to be) an exorbitant amount of returns.
What do you think of this?
As a consumer, do you care about whether a retailer offers free online returns? Will it sway your decision to purchase or not?
